How do I insert contact lenses?

  1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before handling your lenses.
  2. Remove the lens from its blister and place it on the tip of your index finger.
  3. With your other hand, gently hold your upper eyelid open and pull down the lower eyelid.
  4. Look straight ahead or slightly upward and carefully place the lens onto your eye.
  5. Slowly release your eyelids and blink gently until the lens settles comfortably.
  6. Repeat the same steps for the other eye.

How do I remove my contact lenses?

  1. Wash and dry your hands carefully.
  2. Look upward and gently pull down your lower eyelid.
  3. Using your index finger and thumb, softly pinch the lens and remove it from your eye.
  4. Place the lens immediately into contact lens solution.
  5. Repeat for the other eye.

Do you offer prescription contact lenses?

Yes. We offer both non-prescription (cosmetic) lenses and prescription lenses for myopia correction.

  • If you do not require vision correction, select 0.00 No Power (Plano).
  • If you need correction, please upload a valid prescription after checkout.

We strongly recommend consulting an eye care professional before ordering prescription lenses.

Why does the lens color look different in real life compared to the website photos?

Lens appearance may vary depending on several factors:

  • Natural eye color
  • Lighting conditions
  • Camera settings and filters
  • Makeup and surrounding colors

These variations are normal and do not indicate a defect.

If you have concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your lenses and include a clear photo for review.

What should I do if my lenses feel uncomfortable or cause irritation?

If discomfort occurs:

  • Remove the lenses immediately.
  • Soak them in fresh contact lens solution for at least 24 hours.
  • Rinse thoroughly before wearing again.

If irritation persists (redness, dryness, blurred vision), discontinue use and consult an eye care professional.

General safety rules

  • Always wash your hands before handling lenses.
  • Never share your contact lenses with anyone.
  • Do not wear lenses while sleeping unless approved by a professional.
  • Remove lenses before swimming or showering.
  • Apply makeup after inserting lenses and remove lenses before removing makeup.

How should I clean and store my lenses?

  1. Place the lens in your palm and apply a few drops of multipurpose solution.
  2. Gently rub the lens to remove debris.
  3. Rinse with fresh solution and store in a clean lens case filled with new solution.
  4. Replace your lens case regularly.

Avoid using tap water or saliva at all times.

How long can I wear my lenses each day?

  • First-time users: start with 4–6 hours per day.
  • Once your eyes adapt, you may wear lenses longer, but do not exceed 8 hours per day.

Always follow your eye care professional’s advice.

ORDER & SHIPPING

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Yes, modifications may be possible within a very limited timeframe.

Any request to modify an order must be sent by email to info@ingeniousbay.com
on the same day the order is placed.

⚠️ This email requirement is mandatory and non-negotiable.
Requests sent via Instagram, contact forms, chat, or any other channel will not be accepted.

Please note:

  • The request must be received the same calendar day the order was placed.

  • Modifications are processed only if the order has not yet entered fulfillment.

  • Once processing has started, no changes can be made.

We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing payment.

How long does shipping take?

Under normal conditions, delivery typically takes 5–15 business days depending on:

  • Destination country
  • Customs clearance
  • Local postal services

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Tracking details are provided once your order ships.

How do I track my order?

  1. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours.
  2. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
  3. You can track your order via the Track Order page on our website.

RETURNS & ISSUES

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the hygienic and medical nature of contact lenses, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect color choice

  • Incorrect prescription or parameters selected by the customer

  • Discomfort due to improper fit

Please consult your Eye Care Specialist before placing your order and carefully review all details before completing payment.

Returns are accepted only in the case of verified manufacturing defects and under the conditions outlined below.

What if I receive defective item?

We may accept claims for defective items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The lens must remain in its original, sealed blister packaging

  • The defect must be manufacturing-related

  • Clear photo and/or video proof must be provided

  • You must contact us at info@ingeniousbay.com within 7 calendar days of delivery

Defects may include:

  • Torn or broken lens in a sealed package

  • Abnormal shape inside sealed blister

  • Expired product received

We do not accept claims for lenses that have been opened, worn, mishandled, or incorrectly selected at checkout.

All claims are reviewed individually. If approved, we may offer a replacement. Refunds are not provided.
